Apsidra is a complete operating system for a real estate brokerage, built for that office, so the brokerage can stop juggling separate software. Brokers get transaction files with state-specific checklists and broker review, commissions calculated against each agent's plan and cap, then approved, then put on the agent's statement, the roster, and the books beside the file. Agents get a private CRM the broker cannot browse: the broker sees a client's name, phone, email, and city only on a brokerage file, team leads and team admins see members' contacts under written team rules, an agent can let the brokerage's named coach read the contacts they own, read only, and take that back, and anything more takes a break-glass grant that expires, is logged, and shows on the agent's own contacts screen while it is open. A routed lead becomes the agent's contact when they claim it. Jarvis, the built-in assistant, answers from the books: how close an agent is to cap, or where CE stands. It can take scoped actions on contacts and checklists inside your permissions. It does not send client email or texts, move money, change commissions, or delete files. A savvy office can also connect an assistant it already runs, through the brokerage API, with one key the office holds. That assistant reads the book, opens a file, and leaves a note, and it stops in the same places. Each person still uses Jarvis on their own book. Runs alongside your current books until a reconciled period matches. The public site takes the brokerage's logo, a theme, and templates. Listing pages can be built from the brokerage's own listing and sold records. MLS search is live: IDX on the brokerage site, set up for that office's MLS. Setup starts with one office.
